We offer an initial telephone consultation at no charge. This will allow you to discuss your child's requirements, and help us find the best way forward in addressing your own and your child’s specific needs.

IN-PERSON SESSIONS
In-person sessions are conducted in our practice located in Lower Kabete, Nairobi, allowing clients to benefit from the face-to-face interaction that is important for children to build a rapport and connection within a shorter span of time. These sessions typically last for an hour, sometimes more depending on the requirements of each child. 

ONLINE SESSIONS
We also offer counselling via online services to support children, young people, and parents with any issues that you may encounter. Sometimes in-person sessions will be combined with 30min online check-ins alternating per week. These sessions are delivered via video call on Zoom or telephone, according to your preference. 

PARENT REVIEWS
Based on the age of your child, we will have review sessions at specific intervals. In this meeting we reflect on the progress of your child/ward and discuss all considerations we need to take into account going forward. A notification with a link will be sent for you to choose a time slot most suitable. Parent review sessions are held via video call on Zoom.

Metanoia Meditations
