Getting started...

Our practice is located in Lower Kabete and we offer both online and in-person sessions.

All in-person sessions are held at our practice within a secure gated environment, offering the benefits of face-to-face interactions which is a key enabler in building a secure client-therapist relationship, especially for young ones.

After a first telephone consultation I will meet with both the parent(s) and the child, preferably in-person, to discuss how we can map out the child's emotional well-being support journey and what our next steps will be. Subsequent in-person sessions are held with the Child, and Parent/Guardian reviews are planned routinely to help develop a supportive environment at home for the therapies that take place during sessions.
